that is a feedback about my assignment 30.

please the professor prefers if you can find a case law relate to the topic ( ozone)

HI,
here is the feedback from the professor:
Good topic. A few observations:
a) I am sure that there will be plenty of legislation, regulations and case law to look at, but I could be enormous. Pick a specific aspect and focus.
b) This topics was addressed in a number of laws. What were they?
c) Be sure to identify some of the impacts to businesses?
now, tutor take a look to see if you can find any case law regard to the topic, and write 7 pages.
as a reminder here is the reseach guidline:
Here is the guideline of the project:
- indentify the problem
-Background
-Thesis
-Cite some Laws and regulation about the protection of ozone
-What was the outcome of the case law that you have used
-As a conclusion was the case law problem solved?

Summary
Causes and effects of Black carbon
Black carbon is caused with direct absorption of light. It reduces the snow and ice reflectivity
through deposition and interaction with clouds. It contributes to the dimming of the surface and
creates the melting effects of black carbon. (Eilperin, 2013)
Therefore it is combined with the adverse impacts of human health and ecosystems. It has
number of effects and it lead to premature death, asthma and other illnesses and diseases.
(Zimmer, 2013)
Black carbon causes glo
bal warming and it is the most important man-made agent of climate
change. It creates the promotion of formation of clouds and it generates the warming by the ice
and snow surface. (Epa.gov, 2012)
The black carbon is considered as the dark particles in both the direct and indirect ways. It can
promote the cooling impact and also it contributes and develops to the increase in atmospheric
pressure. It increases the respiratory disease such as irritation, chronic bronchitis, asthma and
breathing issues. (Francis, 2013)

Problem identification
The problem that is defined in this case is as follows:-
Ozone is a pollutant and the harmful gas for the ecosystem and also for the human health. It is
not emitted directly and contains greenhouse gases. It is developed from the emissions of
methane as well as carbon monoxide gases. Today the environment and the climate are changing
widely where there is a high rate of warming in the polar and altitude regions. It releases the
carbon from the loss of biodiversity. The climate is being polluted that is creating issues and the
world is also warmed an increase of .08 degree temperature over pre-industrial levels. There are
high and major sources of black carbon in South Asia. It reduces the emission in the industrial
levels. Thus it creates low atmosphere and is harmful with air pollutants that have various global
and climatic impacts.
It disturbs the whole environment with the tropical rainfall and circulation patterns such as the
Asian monsoon, etc that affects the life of millions of people. Top businesses also get huge
impacts through the ozone gases. Thus it required certain plans and legislations by the
government to implement the policies and to measure the issues with certain laws. It creates
rapid deterioration and oxidation in textile businesses. Thus it has proved huge damage in the
business.

Background
Black carbon also darkens the snow as well as ice surfaces that increase the sunlight absorption
and also the atmospheric heating around the world creates the risk and increase of flooding. This
affects the cycle of water. This particle is known as a component of particular matter that leads to
the negative impacts on human health and their bodies to early deaths in the whole world. It is
also known as the most important air pollutant that is responsible for reducing the crop yields
and also affects the security in terms of food.
To reduce the black carbon and the troposphere ozone, the rate of climate change gets affected in
the world especially in this century. The environment will be protected and benefited through the
decrease of ozone gases by achieving the decreased emissions of methane gases which is known
as the most powerful gas in terms of greenhouse gases.
There are different types of powerful greenhouse gases that are different from methane, ozone
and other climatic forces. It is different from long greenhouse gases therefore it also requires
protection of long term climate.
What is meant by black carbon?
Black carbon is known as particles and small gases that exist in the atmosphere which is a major
component of soot. It is not a greenhouse gas but it warms the environment with the atmosphere.
It is a climate that forces the agent with the fossil fuels and it is emitted with the anthropogenic
that naturally define soot. It is emitted with from different sources such as vehicles like cars,
trucks, residential stove gases, fires in the forests, other industrial facilities etc. These particles

arise from the warming effect in the environment that influences the formation of the cloud. It
has an effect of cooling in the environment that influences clouds.
This creates negative impacts in the health of the human and the human body. It is actually
emitted from many sources that results the incomplete combustion of fossil fuels and other
biomass gases. With the help of complete combustion, there will be the fuel of carbon dioxide.
There is a close relationship between the emission of black carbon gases and other effects.
The black refers to the particles that absorb visible light. It leads to the disturbance of radiation
balance and warming. The reduction of emissions has immediate benefits for climate as well as
health.
Ozone is a reactive gas that exists in the two layers of the atmosphere such as the stratosphere
and the troposphere. In case of stratosphere, it is beneficial that protects the life on earth from the
harmful effects from the radiation of the sun. It is an air pollutant that creates harm to the health
of the human and ecosystems. Thus it is also the major components of urban smog. It is also the
significant greenhouse gases and it is the third most contributors to the human enhancement of
the global greenhouse effect. It is formed with the action of sunlight and natural sources. Thus it
is important to understand about the decrease in the methane and carbon oxide gases. The
troposphere ozone is the important constituent of urban smog in different countries such as
Tokyo, Japan, USA and other countries.

Laws and regulation about the protection of ozone
There are certain laws and regulations to protect the climate and the atmosphere from the ozone
layer such as:-
 The protection agency should try to end the production of ozone depleting substances.
 The protection agency also should ensure that the cooling effects are recycled properly.
 With the help of identification of safe and effective alternatives, there will be ozone
depleting substances.
 The products will be labeled accurately by the manufacturers so that there will be no
harm about the ozone gases.
 Proper enforcement and alternatives should be taken care of for continued protection of
the environment and also for the public health.
 With the introduction of several practices such as proper refrigeration and air
conditioning, refrigerant...
