Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Programming I – CNSA212 Final Project Louis’ Pharmacy is a locally based pharmaceutical company in the Southern part of the county. The company is involved in the dispensing of drugs for residents throughout the area. When a patient consults a physician for some form of ailment, the doctor may prescribe medication/s for him or her. The prescription may be filled at Louis’ Pharmacy. Before a prescription can be filled, the clerk at the pharmacy must enter the client’s (patient) personal information such as first name, last name, middle initials, address, phone, gender, insurance, etc. into the system. Every time a user fills/refills a prescription, the record must me entered for that user. This includes medication name, dosage, intake method, frequency, prescribing physician, RX Number, etc. Create a Windows application using MDI, tabbed forms and menus, classes, data controls, SQL Server 2012 (or higher), stored procedures and views that will allow the clerk to: (a) Add a new patient & physician to the system; (b) A new prescription for a patient; (c) Add a new refill for a patient; (d) Delete a new or existing refill; (e) Update a patient personal information; (f) Update a patient’s prescription refill information; (g) Display user’s information and their prescription records.
