Part III( answer the questions in short):  This Case Study describes how Whirlpool built an inclusive culture.    Building a Culture for Inclusion at Whirlpool   Summary: Diversity and inclusion are central to Whirlpool Corporation’s goal of placing its appliances in “every home, everywhere.” Whirlpool believes that differences create value, and they practice inclusion because it enables the company to best respond to the needs of its diverse customers. Whirlpool understands that its leaders must first show an understanding of and interest in diversity before it can become part of the company culture.   Questions 1.  Do you agree that Whirlpool can realize a competitive advantage through its diverse employees?          2.  How else can technology be used to enhance Whirlpool’s culture of inclusion?        3.  Do you feel that Whirlpool’s efforts to create a culture of inclusion are worthwhile? Explain your answer. Part IV: Organizational change occurs when a company makes a transition from its current state to some desired future state. Managing organizational change is the process of planning and implementing change in organizations in such a way as to minimize employee resistance and cost to the organization, while also maximizing the effectiveness of the change effort. Today's business environment requires companies to undergo changes almost constantly if they are to remain competitive. Factors such as globalization of markets and rapidly evolving technology force businesses to respond in order to survive. Such changes may be relatively minor—as in the case of installing a new software program—or quite major—as in the case of refocusing an overall marketing strategy. "Organizations must change because their environments change.  Outside pressures come from changes in the legal, competitive, technological, and economic environments." Start the discussion by providing relatively recent examples of companies that changed and stayed in business while others that resisted and ceased to exist or filed for bankruptcy.  Part V: Respond to the following posts in short. The most important learning for me from this class of organizational behavior is that when we meet and work with people belonging to
different cultures, backgrounds we can learn from them a lot. Promoting diversity and hiring people from diverse cultures helps in building an efficient team. The other important lesson is connect with professionals, follow their work, and study the cultures of different companies. LinkedIn is an excellent platform where the professional of various fields can present themselves, their interests, tell the world about their work and goals. When companies hire they look for such candidates that are motivated enough to do the job. It is extremely important to present yourself professionally and ethically while going for interviews and on Job portals in order to successfully gain a job.

Diversity is a very important point, the business communities have various class, age and ethnic differences and to work at their full capacity, these organizations need diversity. When there are people from a range of backgrounds, then there will be more ideas and different solutions. Another important stand is on becoming a successful leader.
