The power of decision-making in the hands of the team members and lack of hierarchical pressure enables the employees. The various opportunities of job in Nucor are another step towards empowerment.
Training opportunities, management programs and internship courses bring a new dimension in the careers of the employees in Nucor Incentives, retirement savings, scholarships, tuition reimbursements, Medical and dental packages financially empower the employees as well (Nucor). Nucor Technical Academy not only provides the employees with the knowledge but also hands over degrees.

The employees are committed to the organization. The scope of empowerment helps the employees in bringing in new ideas for the organization. Although Steel Jobs is not a dream job for many people, employees find Nucor to be the most attractive job as the company has remained profitable for 130 quarters and provided 350% on the return on investment.
Twelve thousand employees act as owners of the company, and it encourages them to fix any problems that organization face on their own (Nucor). The decision-making power enables the employees to volunteer themselves in times of crisis. The courses and the training procedures make the employees ready to be active during any case of emergency.

Nucor has the highest-paid steelworkers in the world. The profit margins of Nucor are incredibly high due to the massive performance of the employees (Valuiskaya). The employment strategy has become successful for the organization as it faces the lowest employees turnover rates. As estimated in 2018, the annual revenue of the company has been $25.067B, which witnessed almost 23.77% increase.

Numi has collaborated with Fair Trade as its supply chain. The relationship is quite strong with the suppliers as there is a considerable chance of economic benefits from this partnership. Numi collaborated with Dazhangshan Organic Food Company. The supply chain partners have corporate Numi with economic benefits, which helped them to provide financial help to its farmers. Moreover, this partnership has also helped Numi to build middle schools for the education of the children (Vimeo). Therefore, it can be stated with conviction that Numi Tea shares a strong relationship with its supply chain partners.

One of the essential issues that China-based suppliers face is the problem of communication. As derived from the video, it could be seen that Numi Tea has a distinct issue of communication with Dazhangshan Organic Food Company (Vimeo). Numi uses commitment and consistency as persuasion tactics about communication issues. Another critical point is the issue of technology.
Small organizations and industries are not capable of implementing advanced technology that China sees. Therefore, it becomes problematic for such organizations to cope up. Soft influence tactics would be used by Numi Tea to grow a friendly relationship with Numi. With the help of these tactics, Numi Tea has become successful in bringing information technology in the business.
