Introduction
This assignment deals with the concepts and theories to the analysis of the leadership process and approach. In this assignment, it has been discussed about a very famous leader. The leaders’ achievements and the processes of the leadership approach is being discussed in this assignment. This study is done to give a clear idea of the analysis of the leaders and gives a look into the theories that are being practiced by the leaders. This assignment not only gives an idea of the analysis of the theories of the leadership approaches but also the outcomes of such approaches are also discussed in this assignment. The processes, approaches and the theories of the leadership quality are being discussed in this assignment.

Jeff Bezos is an American Businessman, who is the founder and CEO of Amazon.com. He was born in January 12 1964. Jeff Bezos lives in Washington, U.S. Jeff Bezos have completed his education from the Princeton University in Electrical Engineering and Computer science. He started his online retail business called Amazon back in 1994 from New York to Seattle. It was first an online bookstore. Gradually the company expanded its range and started dealing with the e-commerce goods and services all over the world. Amazon is currently the world's largest online sales company with an annual net worth of approx $1 trillion. Amazon is the largest internet company by revenue in the world.
Analysis of Leadership Process

Jeff Bezos is the CEO of the huge company Amazon. Amazon is a world famous online company that deals with the e-commerce goods and services. The founder Jeff Bezos has been following effective styles of leadership to run the business on a huge scale.
The first style that is being followed by Jeff Bezos is The Transformational Theory of Leadership. According to Anderson and Sun (2017), in the transformational theory of the leadership team leaders works with the team as a member and tends to identify the needed change and create a vision to guide the change. In the transformational form of leadership the leaders work with the team members for better productivity (Andersen, 2015). In Amazon, Jeff Bezos has followed this theory, where he has worked with all the team members that help the company to run smoothly on such a huge scale. Without the coordination and the identification of the needed change in the company by the leader, it is almost impossible for the company to run such a huge prospect.
The next theory that the Jeff Bezos follows is The Transactional Theory of Leadership. As suggested by Dartey-Baah(2015), in the Transactional from of leadership the leader is said to maintain strict set of rules and discipline to attain the objectives and goals for the organisation. Jeff Bezos also follows this theory. To run a theory on such a long scale cit is very important to follow the set of rules and discipline for the proper working of the organisation.
