Tasks
1.    Read the given “Analysis Notes” on OE/S process, and give a textual description of your designed OE/S process including involved process roles, activities, documents, etc. Extra research work is highly suggested, if you are not familiar with sales business processes. (Minimum 400 words)
2.    Create the corresponding BPMN diagram(s) for the described business process, including necessary activities, events, messages, data, etc. (Minimum 20 meaningful and non-trivial activities).
3.    List the BPMN patterns (such as free choice, discrimination, etc.) and special structures (such as timing control, signal control, etc.) used in your business process, and discuss the rationale of them. Examine your process to see if there are any potential issues with it, such as any uncaptured exceptions/errors, potential dead locks or infinite loops, etc. (The BPMN modelling techniques introduced in week 5-7 will help here). List them out and briefly explain them. (Minimum 200 words)
4.    Create a business process implementation plan using the template introduced in Week 11 to show how the created business process should be integrated into the current IT systems and organisational body of the host company. Make reasonable assumptions if needed. (Minimum 300 words)
5.    Put all above contents into a report. Your report should also contain sections of executive summary, introduction, conclusion, and references (at least 5 references, APA6 or Havard style
