A family member has contacted your agency to find out if your organisation will be a good fit for their father Mr. Holland Park. During the meeting with the family member you must discuss concepts of health and disability and illness in relation to users of health and social care. Your objective during the meeting is to reassure the family members by assessing and discussing how perceptions about specific needs have changed. Finally, in your meeting you must discuss the impact of past and present legislation, policies and the way society and culture has changed the way you will provide services for their father Mr. Holland Park. Your manager has asked you to provide her with a report and highlight some of what you discussed during the meeting.
