There must be persistency getting reflected towards building emotional intelligence which will help the company to retain its staffs.
The various self evaluation form that needs to be there in the form are as above and will be marked on a scale of 1 to 4 rating scale.
The rating scale of 1 will be poor while 4 will be highest.
There will be persistency maintained and adhered as per the company policies to achieve the company objectives and goals.

There must be creativity delivered by the process of generation of new ideas from the employees. Also, their ideas must be given priority and it must be rated as an annual performance and there must be growth policy based on the process of illustration of creativity by the individuals in CBSA.
The various self evaluation form that needs to be there in the form will be as above and will be based on a scale of 1 to 4 rating scale.
The rating scale of 1 will be poor performance while 4 will be highest level of performance.
The creativity of the company must be maintained and adhered as per the company policies which will help to achieve the company objectives and goals of CBSA.

There must be integrity maintained between the staffs and the management of the company. CBSA must emphasize on this issue as collaboration between the management by considering and awarding the ideas of the employees in the company and implementing the same will help CBSA to achieve their organizational goals effectively.
