Task:  For each of the case studies – you will be asked to describe and discuss the provisional diagnosis, causative and contributing factors, to list and prioritise therapeutic objectives, prescribe one liquid herbal treatment as well as detailing the relevant actions (justifying inclusion) within the prescription, and detail any other treatment (and justification) you would recommend (eg diet and lifestyle advice) as appropriate and as required.
