Task Description: You are asked for a report that is appropriate for a mental health or similar professional setting which presents A) a comprehensive standard mental health assessment and a preliminary treatment plan of a person presenting with mental health problems. B) an assessment of the same person that uses a specialist assessment process using Art Therapy assessment approaches. The report should be comprehensive and able to communicate professional colleagues what you understand about this person's presentation and current needs. It should be no more that 3000 words. Criteria & Marking: 1. Presenting problem/issue/needs and/or reason for referral identified and explained, having reference to client goals and priorities. 2. Relevant background to current issue or problem and relevant personal history identified and outlined. 3. Client strengths and resources identified and discussed. 4. Standard mental health format used including presentation of findings from mental status examination, diagnostic formulation, having reference to criteria and giving consideration to differential diagnosis, a general formulation, having reference to all findings from the assessment, and a treatment plan that is clinically appropriate and relevant to client goals and priorties. 5. An assessment using a specialist approach drawing upon Art Therapy formats. (see the attachment for example) 6. Clear and well-organised report of up to 3000 words that is presented in a manner consistent with professional standards. please see the attached file. 1)i don't have a specific client, but he or she should be children or adolescent(under 18 years old). 2)can be any kind f mental health problem, thats writer can write whatever he thinks easier. 3)report can separate for 2 parts, 1 is the mental health assessment and treatment plan. another part is the specialist art therapy assessment
