Evaluation of a treatment planAt the conclusion of this activity you will have gained the knowledge and skills to:• Conduct maintenance checks of facilities, supplies, cleaning, manual safe handling and chemical handling• Organisational policies, procedures or processes for risk management• Identify and evaluate risks• Develop and implement treatment plans for own area or responsibility• Refer risks that are beyond own area of responsibility to others• Maintain risk management documentation• Perform routine equipment maintenance• Report repairs to supervisor• Check maintenance equipment• Store equipment to maintain serviceable condition including handling, storage condition, access, security of storage and recording processes
