Task Description
Students are required to analyse the caring culture within your specialty area of practice.  From this analysis you need to propose a potential project that will have a positive impact on improving the caring culture within this practice environment.

Your report should include:
 • An overview of your specialty practice area that highlights practice changes over the last 5 to 10 year and their impact on nursing care.

• Evidence of the understanding of the context of the practice setting from a person-centred perspective
 • Evidence of findings from observation and / or the stories from people receiving care and / or their carers

 • Analysis of the current caring culture using recognised tool/s
 • Recommendations for improvements to the caring culture
