The methodology is defined as the implementation model selected by PM (Project manager) for planning and implementation to archive the required project objective. Different methodologies are available and PM check that which methodology is best suited for completing the project tasks in provided time frame so that maximum resource utilization leads to maximum profit. The selected methodology empowers the project management to effectively deal with the defined processes to complete project. The selected methodology has direct connection with the project life cycle (PLC). With help of project methodologies, the required exact objectives to develop classes and sub systems can be defined in lexicon way. The project methodology also insures the implementation of developed rules for any specific project. So, successful project delivery activities with required planning for them and identification of faced problems in implementation are mainly ensured on bases of methodologies. The waterfall, agile scrum, Agile XP etc are different methodologies which are selected on bases of certain requirements.
