You will be given a care plan to read over for this task. When you have read the details of the plan, you will need to identify the requirements for this resident through the following questions. When you are answering the questions you will need to briefly discuss how you can support them through your role as a PCW.


a.    List the equipment and aids that the resident requires
b.    List what is outside your own role as a PCW in the delivery of care.
