TASK 2 Scenario 2 The family has decided that your organisation will fit the needs of their father Mr Holland Park who is visually impaired, hearing impaired, exhibits challenging behaviour and is in the early stages of dementia. To reassure the family members you will help to understand how your health and social care organisation and systems will support their father with his specific needs. In your meeting you should discuss the different care needs that will be given and is available; you should also discuss what other current organisations and systems are available to also help their father meet his demands and specific needs. Lastly in your discussion, you should evaluate the local services available to their father to support him and the family. This is to be undertaken in the form of a piece of ACADEMIC WRITING.
