The topic of the research paper summarized in this essay is “Environmental Management and Corporate Social Responsibility Practices of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’. This paper was designed to gather data on how to facilitate SME’s to adapt to EM and CSR practices prevalent in their respective markets. This study has shown the various factors involved including methods, motivation, targets and pressure, when it comes to Environmental Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. Other variables like geographical location, number of employees and employee are also investigated.
In this line, the study has researched the following hypothesis. First, SMEs Environment management (EM) practices may change with the number of employees in each SME of both developed and developing economies.
