Evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches and strategies to control the incidence of disease in communitiesTo achieve M2, complex information has been synthesised when explaining the role of different agencies such as international, nationals and local agencies in identifying levels of health and disease in communities.To achieve D2, substantial activities, projects or investigations have been planned, managed and organised when explaining the relationship between the prevalence of disease and requirements of services to support individuals within the health and social care service provision.
