Take an inventory of your stress. List the most common ways you manage stress. When you think back over the past six months, did you handle stress well? If not, why not? Do you think that if you changed how you react to stress, you would manage stress better? Daily hassles. Jot down some of the little things in everyday life that annoy or distress you, for example, a friend who is perpetually late or being stuck in traffic. Which hassles bother you the most? Select two or three of them and suggest specific ways you could make them less troublesome.
