	The purpose of this subject is to fulfil the requirements by developing many limitations of behaviours, abilities, and skills for the post of contemporary business managers. In this, we learn that how a leader will get involved with the people around him and also listen to his team being a good leader. According to the opinion of McEwan, Ruissen, Eys, Zumbo and Beauchamp (2017), a team leader should always think about his team and team members. In this, we will also know what to do for all of these. 
Reflecting on the Learning I Learnt and the Significance of the Course to Me
	Contemporary management covers all management topics in a significant way. It addresses both new and traditional theory. According to the perspective of Baruteau et al. (2016), the curriculum also promotes research within the modern framework. In addition, it helps in understanding the country's competitiveness alongside contemporary management industries. During the entire session, there was an opportunity to know the importance of the economic community and business community. 
In contemporary management, there are a few necessary unit materials for the leader as well as for the individuals, which are essential and play a vital role in various management practices, the excellent power of strategic thinking, the primary model for management, the right order on communication and the like. Technology is always aware of the risks that arise in the future, and leadership is accountable for the question and individual and leadership should be social responsibility, quality of both. 	According to the views of Kassahun (2016), it is essential to understand what the meaning of ethics is to work. In this regard, it is hardly possible to give a clear and concise definition of ethics in the workplace policies. Still, it is possible to find the standard definition of ethics, which provides insights to understand the essence of basic ethics and fundamental principles concerning business policies. Those who are working with work ethics they have produced ethical values ​​along with some benefits. Work ethics has taught me a great sense of responsibility, a very modest and prosperous future can be expected, and a company can have a better status. There are some criticisms about work ethics, and there are many cultures like slickers, hippies and hackers who are against the morality of the work because they feel that it only produces positive results in front of the leader but only small benefits to workers.
