Executive Summary
Virtual Child International (VCI) is a virtual world that has been developed for the children to allow them to have learnings and knowledge after school. The virtual world at VCI is termed as VCI Park for children. The employees that manage the various activities in these parks are called Park Rangers. The guardians 21 years of age or above are provided with the capability to enrol their children, grandchildren, nieces/nephews, etc. in VCI.
The report includes four main sections as Introduction, Organization Background, Scope, and Conclusion. The purpose, report structure, and data and information collection is included in the Introduction section followed by business description, business problem, and current system’s objectives and constraints in the next section. The system requirements and data collection methods are listed in the scope section followed by conclusion.

Introduction
Virtual Child International (VCI) is a virtual world that has been developed for the children to allow them to have learnings and knowledge after school. It is required to develop and information system for VCI which will be termed as VCI Management System.
There are several phases that are involved in the development projects, such as initiation and planning, analysis and design, development and implementation, testing and maintenance. System Analysis and Design is a significant phase as it provides requirements analysis and assessment of the system features and functionalities to develop an accurate design of the modules. These designs are then used by the development team to carry out the coding and implementation activities. In such information systems, database plays an extremely critical role and the database design is also finalized in this phase (Fotache, Olaru and Iacoban, 2015).
Purpose
The purpose of the report is to describe the functional and non-functional aspects of the information system to be developed for VCI.
Report Structure
The report includes four main sections as Introduction, Organization Background, Scope, and Conclusion. The purpose, report structure, and data and information collection is included in the Introduction section followed by business description, business problem, and current system’s objectives and constraints in the next section. The system requirements and data collection methods are listed in the scope section followed by conclusion.
Data & Information Collection
The data and information required for completing the report has been acquired from the case study provided on VCI and through data collection methods as interviews, observations, brainstorming, and domain analysis.

The credit check on the guardians is performed by the credit agency and the valid ones are provided with the title of member. There are various features provided by the VCI parks, such as guardian services, member entrance checks, membership terms, invoicing and payments. These features enable the employees to provide services as games, library functions, tutorial functions,...
