Suppose you had a problem with your computer and so you went to a local business that specialized in troubleshooting computer problems. Suppose further that you were concerned because your computer had some private financial information in some of the files that you would not like to be disclosed. The manager and owner of the business assures you that everyone there is “a true professional,” so that you are assured of competent, professional service. Would that be sufficient to convince you that you had nothing to worry about? If so, explain why you think so. If not, suggest what additional information might put your mind at ease.
