Suppose that a patient on whom you want to conduct the EENT exam has a strong aversion to getting his/her face and throat touched. What would be your strategies to conduct adequate physical examination on this patient? The strategies may not mean that you are using all forces necessary to insert probes into your patient's orifices. Use your imagination to think what's best for the patient, and what else you can do to obtain what you need for diagnosis.
