Summary Jury trial is an alternative dispute
resolution mechanism (Clare, Roundtree, and Manley, 2008). It can be used to resolve the dispute between company and its employees, where the ex-employees filed a suit complaining that there supervisors sexually harassed them on regular basis and the company terminated them in revenge as the said complaint started affecting its reputation. In such a case, summary jury can be opted instead of arbitration, mediation or lengthy Jury trial as an effective settlement tool.
