This article discusses the importance and relevance of getting engaged in child protection services to preserve the mental integrity of children facing mental harassment and abuse during the early years of their life. Being a childcare worker it is necessary to engage a client (parent) in different types of child therapies for protecting a child who is facing trauma since childhood. Understanding the behavior of the parents towards their child is an essential form of therapy in which the childcare worker intricately understands the situation the children go through during their early years to protect their children from facing mental deterioration. In intervention therapies, the childcare worker coordinates and communicates effectively with the client's parents and their children to understand the situations through which the parents and children are going through. It is important to protect the integrity of children who face trauma, tumultuous situations, social abuse, and harassment during their childhood stages to improve their mental mindset as they grow and develop in life ahead (Baines, 2017).
