The article selected in concern to health care is short but effective as it describes the importance of patients satisfaction as a key marker for measuring the quality of health care services delivered. In accordance to the information presented in the article it is clear that although the measurement of health care service delivered is not so easy but patient’s satisfaction is a key in this regard if monitored and maintained effectively.
