Introduction
We have given the scenario of Atlas health insurance provider located in southeast region. The company was using on MS Access data management system but later on, realized that MS Access is not efficient for the purpose of large data set. Also, security of MS Access is very limited. The management decided to migrate data from MS Access to Oracle database system. The main reason for migration to Oracle is because of its flexibility, ability in managing large amount of data, its expandability and the referential integrity. The project was given to the pharmacy department (PD). The project will be developed using Waterfall methodology. The main objective of this report is to make the feasible analysis of the project in the constrained budget and constrained time by making risks assessment. Also, the stakeholder analysis and communication plan are developed in this report.
Assumptions
· The latest version of Oracle will be used to transfer the data.
· The data will be converted into client server model.
· The database server will be configured in separate machine and will be kept at separate room with all the security mechanism.
· Only authorized users will be given the access of the database server.

The process of characterizing the work that is required and afterward ensuring that all of that work is done is known as project scope management. Product Scope Management includes the process of planning, developing work breakdown structure and verifying, and then controlling the scope of the project. The statement of the project scope is critical as all the support of sponsors depend on this statement. This statement will help in providing the sponsor's confidence in order to achieve the project objective. The definition and management of project scope will include understanding, documenting as well as implementing requirements that are required to fulfill the objective and goals. The main scope of the project is to implement Oracle database by connecting to the existing system. The data must be safely transferred from MS Access to Oracle database.

Project Development Methodology
According to the given scenario, waterfall methodology will be used to transfer data from Access to Oracle. The main reason for using waterfall instead of agile is that Atlas requires to transfer data only in the existing system. They do not require to develop the system from beginning. The model is considered to offer a very much characterized set of prerequisite indications before really beginning the transfer process and usage of the undertaking, in this manner, offering a premise plan of the undertaking and proceeding in a methodical sequence of phases. The issue with the waterfall model is that the quick changes are not easily implemented with the change in requirements of stakeholders. As the project is to change the database, and no further changes are required in the system, therefore waterfall will be efficient approach for the execution of the project. The entire proceeding of the project will be divided into some phases like project initiation, project planning, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
