Week 1
In the first week we studied about the diversity of the discipline which has the major role in the knowledge management. The diversity of discipline helps to understand the overall knowledge manageme
nt. We learnt about the different types of the perspectives in knowledge management and also their differences. We learnt how we can study about the differences present in the management of the knowledge starting from the ancient times to the current times. They were different things which were taught to us related with the knowledge management. They were many concepts which were based over the knowledge intangibles instead of the natural resources, low skilled Labour and the capital. The overall economic performance of the organization is generally best over the learning, knowledge and the technology. We can mobilize the overall knowledge so that it adds value to the services and the goods. They were many slides which informed about the knowledge management. We studied about the knowledge and oral traditions from the ancient times. There were times when natural human memory was utilised to learn about the knowledge. It required prolonged contract between multiple individuals. They were following a lengthy process for starting the memorising information and it also left them with a little room for performing critical evaluation. There was the tradition of reciting rituals, legends, epic poems, myths and the music from traditional times. They also shared the information about the writing development. There is different technology which can be used to make the knowledge more transportable as compared to the clear the stone tablets.
As the IT professional I can use this knowledge in sharing my views to the emails and make them understand the actual idea for the work.

In the second week we learned about the philosophical traditions in detail which are present in the western philosophy and also discussed about if dates over the notion will out the different philosophical paradigms to understand what the knowledge actually is....
