Executive Summary:
The focal purpose of the current manuscript is to recognize and identify the various tools and methodologies aiming to evaluate and analyses the business processes of the UK based organizations and ensure the provision of computer-centric solutions in relation to the particular problem on the basis of provided case study. Moreover, in current manuscript, there has also been applied the focal principles of information system that were provided in the given case study which enabled us to conceptualize how information systems are contributing towards increasing both employees and organizational level performance in UK based organizations. This report also contains the changing nature of information systems in contemporary United Kingdom work settings coupled with what are the focal privacy, ethical, legal and societal issues faced by the organizations in relation to strategic information system management. Last but not the least, the detailed organizational analysis (PESTLE) is also the part of this report that eventually help us to understand the key mantra of technological disruptions, barriers and obstacles, strategy evaluation, professional requirements of strategic information systems and overall organizational success of the 21st century organizations based in United Kingdom.
What is Management Information System (MIS)
Management Information System phrase contains three words: management, information and systems. Looking at these three words, it’s easy to define Management Information Systems as systems that provide information to management.

Just keep in mind that attitude is everything in life and business as well. It has been evident that at the earlier stage, ICT professionals often unaligned with their clients due to the absence of right perspective. ICT personnel’s conceptualize themselves technology experts rather than business entrepreneurs. ICT professional should understand that they are indulging with services business rather than science. They must align their selves with the customer needs and exhibit their services on the on the basis of their needs and expectations (Slama,2017).

The next mantra of success for ICT managers in contemporary work settings of the United Kingdom is the customer satisfaction.
