Assessment task1: Establish workplace systems
Part-A
Display theory knowledge
To establish workplace systems, theoretical knowledge is a system where people in the organization CBSA should share knowledge and information. There are many employees in the organization where the knowledge system will place an accurate theory of understanding knowledge. It is good that with the context of the theoretical knowledge, they should make a priority to work, and they should provide what kind of information is needed. It can be well stated that when the incentives are provided to them, then they feel positive and the positivity is the result of such theory knowledge. There should also be a caring and sharing attitude (Ramdhani, Ramdhani & Ainissyifa, 2017). In the workplace, there is a necessity to invest in a long term strategy. When the employees work in the organization, then they have to learn to know what aspects of the knowledge while working in the workplace are. This also means that when theoretical knowledge is given to the employees, then there is supposed to be more strategies to be adopted. There is also required that a knowledge library should be made. Several attempts require the employees where they should attempt to learn more. When knowledge sharing is incorporated in the organization, then it is seen that there is a continuous dialogue between the tacit and explicit knowledge (Chang & Teng, 2017). There should be adopted the interactions and internalization. It also means that there should also be organizational knowledge which is the need. The group and individual knowledge is the priority where the organization looks to have a better understanding. The knowledge is also required to act, and there are many constructs there in the organization.
Part-B

The workplace systems mean how the employees in the organization use information and technology. Many human resources are needed to understand such a system. In this respect, there are processes and activities in such a manner where for the internal and external processes, there are seen how the organization will benefit. Some steps create workplace systems like the execution of the action plan. There is an execution plan where the execution of the workplace system is developed. There is a need to identify the actions, and it is taken regularly. There should be designed what one is currently doing and planning of the new process is required. There is also the need to improve the system. There are different parts of the systems where HR and training play an important role. In this specific sense, the workplace system is developed with the knowledge and proper understanding of what is required. The operation should be filled with different strategies (Nedkovski, Guerci, De Battisti & Siletti, 2017). The workplace system will be improved with how the organization is developing for the employees. There are open systems in the workplace and there are systems for the employee to work regularly where there should be set smart goals. There is a need to know what systems are where the workplace will bring co-operation. This also shows that there is a workplace system in a coordinated manner. An effective organization will run with a basic framework. The workplace management needs to properly transfer, so that number of chances to develop positive surroundings is completed. There are different systems in the workplace and the human resources should work properly within this context.

Policy consultation
In the workplace, the organization seems not fit when the policy consultation is absent. For the proper functioning of the organization or at the workplace, there is a need for policy consultation. The policy consultation means that when the workplace is dealing with the policies, then there is a need for the consultation. The employees are governed by proper and specific policies and these policies are a major boon for the organization. The workplace system concerning the policies is required to have the proper knowledge of the policies. Sometimes, one will able to develop a sense of perceptions regarding policy consultation (Pradhan & Jena, 2017). The policymakers in the organization will get a chance to develop new ideas and they will, in turn, generate the new idea which is supposed to be more generic. In this way, they will learn more about the workplace system which will in turn proved to be more successful. The policy consultation in the workplace means that there is the sharing of the information between the employer and employee.
