Your company has secured an opportunity to investigate potential service requirements of a large organisation, as outlined in the Case Study documentation. You will need to analyse the business domain, prepare a business proposal and present it to your client in accordance with current organisational standards. Assessment Instruction Please complete each of the following sections, answering each part following the Case Study scenario. Locate the Case Study and SLA documentation on Moodle in the Assessment folder. Part A: Review client’s business domain to identify new business opportunities Analyse the company profile in the Case Study. Investigate organisational service standards, values and culture to understand the overall organisational environment in order to complete the following questions: 1.
