We know the fact that it is the duty of the business organizations to helps the people to meet their
personals and professional goals. Most of the international business organizations are
using
different methods and strategies for serving the society in a productive way. In order for existing
in the market for a long period of the time the company has to support of the society and its
internal customers in a effective way. According to the words of Peter (2015) Corporate social
responsibility strategies helps the organization to helps the society in a productive way. We
know the fact that the companies are utilizing the resources and other facilities in the
environment and it is the duty of the company to serve the environment and people at right time.
International business organizations considered corporate social responsibility as a competitive
strategy for improving the brand image of the company (Franke 2009, p.12). While analyzing the
companies such as Microsoft, Google and IBM we can understand that they involved in different
corporate social responsibility activities. These companies considered corporate social
responsibility as tool for retaining the customers and protecting the people different external
threats. Now we can analyze the real life case study of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in
UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) “in a detailed way.

We know the in order for source the funds and for providing the better care to the people we
