Independent random samples of the selling prices of houses in four districts were taken. The selling

population mean selling prices are the same in all four districts.

Assumptions:
 Independence of cases
 the distributions of the residuals are normal
 Equality of variances, called homoscedasticity

Analysis:
Ho: there is no significant difference in the mean selling prices across 4 districts.
H1: at least one of the mean selling prices across 4 districts differ significantly.
With F = .192 and p-value > 0.05, I fail to reject ho and conclude that there is no significant difference in
the mean selling prices across 4 districts.
Hence here there is no need to apply Post Hoc analysis.
