    Apple Inc. is one of the technological multinational companies originated from America is a technological giant company in the world. According to Barrera and Bustamante (2018), the success of Apple is partly because of the ability to address and satisfy the needs of their customers. Based on the demand imposed by the stakeholders, it helps to translate the corporate social responsibilities that influence the firm’s performance and in the scenario of Apple, the stakeholders have significantly affected the business in terms of the customer perception and the sales revenue.
With the high brand value, Apple considers the stakeholder’s environmental concern through a policy on the sustainable material sourcing. Apple has a firm and holistic approach that enables them to address to the interest of the stakeholders who are significant to the business. Paam, Berretta, Heydar and Garcia-Flores (2019) have further added that Apple Inc. has many stakeholders such as local governments, local communities, surrounding businesses and many other social and activist group.
There are many market stakeholders of Apple Inc., among which the seven stakeholders are employees, overseas contract labor, competitors, suppliers, investors, customers and stockholders. Among the non-market stockholders, the five stockholders are US workers, monitoring groups, US government, Chinese government and media. Based on the kind of stakeholders they have an impact over the company’s performance.
