Please submit your document through Turnitin on Titanium. Your Mission The information in the excel file from The Coffee Shop is based on real data from a real company. The name of the company has been changed. You are the CFO of the company and you have been asked to analyze the operations and products of The Coffee Shop. The attached excel file is what they gave you. The objectives of the company are to (i) prepare a memo and visualization discussing your perspective on what’s happening in the company’s products and markets with analysis of information including AT LEAST (ii) the breakeven points for top five profitable and bottom 5 profitable locations (assuming the most recent year’s sales mix stays the same). You and your team have been asked to prepare a visualization that will allow management to easily see what is happening in each market and/or with each product. Using Tableau and the concepts and tools you learned from this class, please analyze the data contained in the attached pdf and provide me with a memo in pdf format with your conclusions and support for those conclusions. Your conclusions should be well thought out and organized and should result in comments as to what you believe the company should focus on and why. You will be graded on the creativity and application of the tools and concepts learned in this class, including the use of Tableau. You will present your visualizations that you created in Tableau in class on December 10, 2019. Your visualizations should support the conclusions in your memo. The written portion of the memo should NOT exceed 2 pages in length. DO NOT MAKE UP INFORMATION. Only one member of the group needs to turn in the memo. Each member of the group should be named on the face of the memo and I will apply the grade on the memo to each member of the group. You may work in groups, but the number of people in the group is limited to 5 people or less. If you intend to work as a group, please provide me with your group names no later than October 22, 2019.
