They should list any rules or law that say the problem needs to change. It should outline any rights the client has and make a note if the problem has been raised in the past. Paragraph three: At this stage, the client should suggest possible solutions that they would be happy with. They should identify the solution they would be most happy with but also list other solutions they would be happy with. If other solutions have been tried but failed to overcome the issue, the client should explain why this solution did not work or why it was unsuitable Paragraph four: In the final paragraph the client should thank the person for their time and attention to their problem.
