Planning is a crucial part of human beings. It becomes even more crucial for
managers. The
very basic responsibility of managers is planning and they cannot turn their faces from it. Planning
is an act of 'thinking before doing'. In fact, every human being should plan their things ahead of the
time. A well-planned task is more likely to succeed in comparison to non-planned task.
