Abstract
By the virtue of this assignment, we have conducted an extensive interview with someone who belongs to a different cultural background. Furthermore, applying interviewing frameworks thoroughly comprehended the cultural experience of the individual at different stages. In the interest to maintain confidentiality, we have not disclosed the name of the participant and are labeled with a proxy name of Kevin. As the interview progressed, I interacted with Kevin at a personal level which enabled me to comprehend the learning experience as a strong element of effective education.

Kevin identifies herself as a Caucasian girl born into a middle-class family. She is the eldest of three siblings. Both parents of Kevin are well-educated and have a college degree. However, her mother had to voluntarily stop her career since she had to raise children at home. Hence, she has opted for a job that is complete work from home. Kevin's father work as a designer in a big construction company. The family is well-connected and rooted in values of integrity, respect, courteousness, and kindness.
