Introduction
In any educational institution, especially in colleges, the interaction between two genders is common. Male and female students interact with each other and there are certain traits that work within their interaction. While the traits are sometimes positive and sometimes negative while interaction between the two genders. In the following article, the traits between the two genders will be discussed.
Three Major Traits in Dealing with Opposite Sex Members at College
College is the area where males and females have to interact with each other and on daily basis for a period of time that may be few years during the entire period of the course. Therefore, the major trait that must be found that is how they both interact with each other. Doukhan, Carrive, Vallet, Larcher and Meignier (2018) have discussed that while being in a college it is very important that both the genders must be treated equally and that too takes place in the college as both male and females are given equal priority. The friendly nature among them will help them to cope with the challenges and pressure that comes up during the course.
However, there must be a sense of respect for each other and a helping attitude that is found in the colleges among the students.
