Norms - This joke is a classic example of how patriarchal society views role of women. The norm is made such that women usually focuses o
n petty issues and has dumb explanation about any incident. Women are by default taken as people who indulge in dumb aspect of life and would provide dumb explanation about anything unless guided by men.
Behaviors - Behavior of society and primarily men is to consider women as irrational human beings and always consider other gender as less logical than them
Attitudes - Attitude is more associated with superiority complex. Men of the society has the notion that makes them believe they are par excellent to others and smarter as compared to others
Values- Values that comes vividly from this joke is gender stereotyping that explains preconceive notions about women and roles that women perform are relatively less smart and challenging than men, making them irrational and illogical.

Norms
This is one of the most popular joke on women, which proves that certain section of the society still feels that women can only spend money that is earned by men. Women categorically are labelled as people who does not understand worth of money earned and can exploit it such that men losses their money.

Behavior that can be gauge from this joke is that women are always tagged as someone who spend money and can reduce wealth with unproductive activities. Commonly, women are considered as people who can reduce wealth and peace of men, from being a billionaire they can be reduced as millionaire

Attitude is more associated with men as bread earner of family works hard to earn a living and women only knows to enjoy that money thereby reducing it with their non-essential activities. They don’t realize that in present era, women are part of society that works hard not just in making a home but building a career earning as much as men.
