Only use black lines in the diagram (see 1). For all shadows, borders, and outlines
Use gray (not below 25%) for the lines, as shown in Figure 2.
Bullets
Use the following bullets:
· First stage, not indented, text indented at 0.63 cm.
· Second stage, indented at 0.63 cm, text indented at 1.27 cm

Capitalisation
Capitalize the job title, such as administrative officer and general manager.
Chairperson
Use gender-neutral expressions host or chairperson instead of gender-particular terms as chairperson.

Use a spaced en rule (–) for a dash.
Dates
Use the following style: date month year, such as, 29 June 2003.
Department names
