The main responsibility of PCBU is the legal duty of care to the workers .Their main responsibilities includes to protect the health and safety of the employees that may be affected by the club. Thus their main responsibility relates to health and safety and the elimination of risks related to health and safety.
3.	A WHS officer is responsible for: (2)
WHS office is responsible for implementing health and safety related policies in the workplace. He is responsible to employ the worker of state or territory body, and National organisation workers and initiating the local group or club. They have to ensure that the workplace is a safe place to work, the equipment and other machines are in good and safe condition, safe and hygienic conditions and training of the supervisors.
