Ethics is one of the most important aspect in the workplace, which ensures that an organization functions in a proper manner. However, there are certain ethical issues that comes up in the organization, that disrupts the normal operation, and also attract legalities for the organization. As discussed by Hayes et al. (2020) that one of the major ethical issues faced in the organization is of discrimination. Discrimination is mainly done on the basis of the origin, education, gender and many such factors. There are a number of incidents that are reported in the Canadian organizations with respect to discrimination of the people. In an article published in Global News Canada (2019) that there is a problem related to discrimination when it comes into hiring. In a research conducted it has been observed that those who belong to minority community background, tend to receive the problem related to discrimination when the hiring process takes place. The white counter parts are always favoured with the desirable position compared with the black or Asian Canadians.
