    Answer to Question 1 –
    The responsibility of commonwealth in healthcare services involves ensuring placements of professionals that are well-trained and ensure safety in the services and effectiveness in the treatment, ensured all the aged are funded and providing correct and accurate information abo
    ut the system of healthcare.
    The code of ethics expects a certain level of moral vales towards to the patients and all the professionals who are entering the profession should be well informed and code of ethics play a dominant role in enlightening the professionals regarding their responsibilities.
    Limited registration may be granted in the case where the professional possesses the qualification but may not qualify as general or specialist registration where there are four types of limited registration which are as follows –
    1. Person has acquired a postgraduate or practice under a supervision,
    2. Where there is a need of professional in need and the practitioner was practicing in the overseas geographical location.
    3. The professional may not have joined the training but entered research or training
    4. The management is satisfied in the public interest that professional possess skills under supervision and should be allowed to practice.
    Mrs. T is a registered health professional, but she had been working in the business of day care and hence, she may or may not possess the required experience despite having the qualification. Mrs. T may have taken the practical training under the supervision of the practitioner but last not been actively engaged in the profession for past 4 years. The qualification that she holds in the foundation of the profession, and she may be lacking practice or experience which she will eventually gain when working under the supervision of registered practitioner or professional.
    In the given case, Mrs. T should be able to join the profession but under the supervision of registered practitioner and once the practitioner gives a certificate of assurance she can practice personally without any supervision.
    Answer to Question 2 –
    All the students except for the students registered for psychology and who have enrolled for the program that has been approved for the profession of health shall be considered as student registration.
    There are various factors for the criminal history at the time of registration which are relevant to the professional practical which includes –
    · Type of offence and its relation to the profession of healthcare
    · Amount of time that has already passed from the time the person or student has committed the offense.
    · Whether the judgment of the conviction is pending or has already arrived
    · Any punishment in the form of sentence has been imposed on the student.
    · Whether there had been a victim at the time of offence and their age.
    · Whether there has been any change in the ruling of the criminal activity from the duration of offence to the current date.
