Shaquanda is a student in a clinical mental health counseling master’s program, and she really wants to help people with career development. She always thought she wanted to work with teens and was excited to hear about the possibilities in the schools, but after working as a teacher’s aid for a few years, she realizes she doesn’t like the politics in schools. Shaquanda is a single parent and originally wanted to have similar hours as her son. She enjoys being around other people and being active.
