Introduction
Project Leadership is an interesting and fast popular area of inquiry. Since the projects are distributed in more complex and uncertain environments, it is an area of relevance and importance, and many believe that this environment needs more leadership. There is a difference between management and leadership, and the common theme reflects the consensus that more business, experience, uncertainty and instability are experienced in the business environment, and more leadership is required (Furnham and Crump, 2014).
Good leadership is critical to the success of businesses, groups and organizations. Leadership is “the process of guiding and guiding people to behave in a work environment”. Leaders can influence others through the ability to inform, inspire, as well as to communicate effectively during the project. Many different leadership styles and strategies can be used that can be used to achieve the goals and goals of the organization. Depending on the situation or organization, any style or strategy can be used. Project Management is a special project management technique that allows project managers to lead and manage project teams, project participants and other project participants. Project management is the process through which project managers can manage, manage and influence the behavior and work of the project team in order to achieve project goals. The project manager must therefore understand the characteristics and uniqueness of the project leader to effectively implement this process.
Leadership in the projects industry
Effective project management is totally dependent on individuals with good leadership skills, because without a good leader, the project cannot be successfully completed. Successful completion of Project Manager is the primary responsibility and mission of the project manager, who will be responsible for making the right decision. While some individuals have natural leadership skills and qualities, they must learn and adjust other leadership skills to ensure that each person's leadership style suits their own personal style and personality. The simplest project leader is the behavior of the leadership team to successfully complete the project. But of course, it doesn't stop there. This is about doing good things through others. If the project leader knows that the most valuable resource is the team member, and the project manager must be good at leading these people in addition to completing the work, then the most valuable tool in the order is clear communication. Being able to understand what they want and what they want to accomplish is not as easy as it seems (Tyssen, Wald and Spieth, 2013). The Project Manager in which the project works is influenced by the type of project, project characteristics, and business environment, team characteristics and other factors. However, these effects are usually not considered on project elements (for example, team structure and project manager selection). Specifically, as mentioned above, suppose that in many areas of literature - reflected by the constant nature of the list of skills and competencies in the project manager - all projects involve the same work and the same project for the most effective management and capabilities Manager can use skills.
Classically, managers manage "things" people and processes in our context. On the military side, leaders are often cited as responsible for strategy, while managers are responsible for strategy. Both play an important role in the success of the business, and in the modern world, it is becoming more and more common to find these different roles played by one person. A good manager allows improving efficiency and allowing companies to operate smoothly in the short and medium term. While working with the virtual team, administrators maintain a hierarchical location and assign assignments to the team members (Pilkienė et al., 2018). An important function of managers is to ensure that the work is properly organized and implemented; in particular, in a technology driven world, according to any special agreement or structure. If they are able to do their jobs well, their presence means that the employees always know their condition and follow the approximate practices. The role of the leader is to make the team successful in encouraging and motivating its members. The leaders express a shared vision and direction to build loyalty. In a virtual environment, they can create excitement that inspires people to go out, even if no one can see their shoulders (Maambo, 2013).
