Introduction
In this assignment, a detailed analysis of Russia will be carried regarding geo-political reference of the country. It will be shown how opening an US factory in the country will be viable and profitable for future.
Geographic Analysis
(a) Location
The factory, which was to be newly opened in Russia will be located in the northeastern part of Europe. Russia shares borders with Europe and northern Asia as its central place of living. The location of the Russia is 1.9 times larger than that of the United States. This location of Russia is the hub of factories, which gives way for the development of projects.
(b) Topography
The topography of Russia, where the factory will be going to open, is having many environmental features. It had its features like the broad plains with lower hills just beside the Ural Mountains. This can give the production and the manufacture of the factories a good perspective of the hilly climatic conditions (Harry). The uplands are also part of Russian topography supporting factory growth.
(c) Climate
The climate of Russia has been described as largely continental. This continental has been providing gross support for the development of the factories. The raw materials and the production of the thing in factories can be properly grown in these climatic conditions (Randall). There have been equally ups downs of cold winters and hot summers providing a better backbone. All these provide support for Russian growth in the present and for the future.
