SIR RICHARD ARTHUR BLACKBURN- A HISTORICAL FIGURE
For my study on the Australian present or former judges of the Supreme Court, I have chosen Sir Richard Arthur Blackburn (July 26th, 1918 – October 1st, 1987). He had been the former chief justice of the Australian Capital Territory(November 7th,1977- March 31st,1985) after being the judge of three different courts of the country.
