    Due to the dynamic aspect concerning the business environment, it keeps changing from time to time in accordance with the demands of the market. According to this aspect, a business manager needs to make effective decisions. Therefore, the skills need to be flexible that should change with changing requirements of the market. However, the decisions should be held important as it will act as a guiding process. Therefore, from my personal experience I choose to reflect on my process of decision-making. Therefore, it is important to gain an understanding of how I aim to make my decisions. Over the years, I have realized that intuition, as well as a deduction, and observation all of these play important roles concerning my process of decision-making. It is essential for the development of a decision making process on a personal basis. Therefore, the importance of the identification of the kind of decisions that I believe has been functional in shaping my thoughts. This report will furthermore help in the identification of the functions that have shaped my personality and have played a very important role in taking decisions in my future career.
Understanding the Business Analytics
    I have realized that Business analytics are functional in aiming towards the generation of knowledge. It will help in gaining an understanding and therefore help in learning in a collective sense. This has helped me in gaining certain evidence to support my process decision making and has enhanced my performance management (Wang & Byrd, 2017). This is what I have realized is something that refers to the processes, competencies, application technologies, and finally practices. These are involved in the attainment of these objectives.
    It has come to my notice there have been tendencies regarding the confusion of certain overlapping concepts that have tend to appear as having similar meanings. These are situations that can exist in decision making analytics.
    However, there happened to be certain amalgamation existing on an alarmingly complicated basis. By this, I mean the proliferation of data that appears to operate in a fast manner and therefore pressing desires that will help to stay in the front (Cao et al. 2019).
