The working capital can be defined as the difference in the current assets and current liabilities of the entity. The selected entity i.e. H&M Group is having current assets of $31,444 in the year 2019 whereas the current liabilities of the entity are $5,923 in the year 2019. The working capital of the entity can be determined as follows:
Working Capital = Current Assets – Current Liabilities
Working Capital = $31,444 - $5,923
