· Increasing customer satisfaction level and making them loyal towards the organization with the help of quality services.
· Licensing agreement with big movie studios like Fox entertainment, Sony etc. so as to satisfy the customer demand and also increase market share and revenue.
Redbox follows ‘Best cost provider’ strategy as they try to provide best quality, value and services to its value conscious buyers.
The organization is looking for delighting customers with innovation, extending mutually beneficial relationship with partners and market and revenue growth.
